Online Returns & Exchange Policy
We diligently inspect every item that we sell to make sure that you are getting the finest quality. We want to make sure you love your pottery as much as we do! Since all of our stoneware is handmade, slight variations and imperfections are not only to be expected, they are what give each piece its unique character. Still, if you're not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them.
Once the item is received, we will refund you the purchase price of the product. You are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.
Special orders
Special orders are not returnable after 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation of special orders must be within 24 hours of the ordering time.

We use a variety of materials depending on the item, including clay, glaze, and paint. All of our materials are safe for food and drink use.

Our glazes are free of lead and other heavy metals. We fire our pots at high temperatures, which ensures that all of the glaze components are entirely encapsulated and will not leach into your food. We use glazes from national companies that make glazes that are food safe only.
Oh no! If you receive a broken item with your shipment, shoot an email to Studi58pottery@yahoo.com within a week of delivery with a photograph of the breakage and your order number and we’ll get you taken care of.
Yes, we are more than happy to make something special for you, please contact Scot at Studio58pottery@Yahoo.com to discuss what you wanting done. Please note that special orders do take 8 to 10 weeks due to the process for pottery. The process for fused glass glass is 3 to 4 weeks.
